Financial management in a company is a delicate and bureaucratic process. The larger the organization and the more people who require access to financial resources, the greater the challenges facing the managerial level. In response, Sparados comes with its products.
The ability to issue and manage employee payment cards, control expenses and analyze them on an ongoing basis are the basic functions of Sparados. So far, the brand has focused on expanding these functions, without having a crystallized identity, which made it difficult to stand out from the competition. Our goal was to build a strategy and design a visual identification system along with a new website. Sparados needed a clear and consistent visual direction.
We started the discovery process with an analysis of the competition, market characteristics, and brand target groups. Together and in close cooperation with the marketing department, we developed values that became a guide for us in searching for the brand's visual alphabet. We were looking for solutions that would allow Sparados to be identified with a brand that provides quick financial services and at the same time gives a sense of security, reliability, and stability.

LOGO DISCOVERY PROCESS
The name Sparados comes from Latin and means shot/arrow. It couldn't be otherwise and we had to use this motif in the logo design. Our search focused on signs with arrowheads, arrows, and other dynamic forms. However, after the first iterations, we came to the conclusion that dynamic forms did not harmonize with the values of solidity and stability defined in the previous stage, so we directed the design towards more static shapes. Additionally, we wanted the character of the symbol to be associated with security, hence the references to the shield and seal in the drafts.
The final version of the logo is a combination of a shield and an arrowhead complemented by sans-serif typography. Additionally, the logo is supported by the slogan: Shoot costs, shield your finances, which perfectly complements the clear and clean message.
Having the logo and guidelines for building the brand identity, we started designing the website. The process consisted of two stages during which we prepared several concepts and a dozen or so variants.
When designing the website, we also looked for leading motifs that are intended to make the brand unique. The effects can be found below.

Part of the project also included supporting existing Sparados products in unifying them with the guidelines of the emerging visual identification. As part of these activities, we designed icons and consulted changes necessary to be implemented in Sparados applications.
Icons are part of the website design. The custom icon set will also be used throughout Sparados' identity and products.
And we enclosed the entire project in a carefully and clearly described brand book. The document will be used not only within the company but will be a valuable tool when commissioning projects to external companies and subcontractors.
