THE NEED
The Center of Hearing and Speech MEDINCUS is a network of medical facilities providing highly specialized services in the field of otorhinolaryngology, audiology, phoniatrics, rehabilitation, speech therapy, psychology, physiotherapy and biomedical engineering. Comprehensive care for patients with hearing and speech problems is provided in 15 facilities of the Center of Hearing and Speech MEDINCUS throughout Poland.
The goal was to design a new, refreshed website that would be useful to patients of different age groups. Along with creating a new look for the site, we also implemented new functionality, improved the reservation system and made the site easier to navigate by refreshing the design to new standards and assumptions of the client.

DISCOVERY
We started our work by preparing a new site map and agreeing on the key features of the site to enable the user to easily navigate the site, quickly find information and easily register a visit. Once the key functions of the site were established, we began work on finding the ideal visual style. We examined the market environment, how visual design is currently built in a similar environment, who the site is aimed at and how the visual style should be built. Step by step, creating completely new visual concepts, we created a design that perfectly fit the company's identity.

WEBSITE CONCEPTS
We made more than a dozen concepts and dozens of variations before arriving at a satisfactory final look. Along the way we went through pleasant and round shapes along with warm colors, to sharp shapes with more subdued colors. We tested various color and typographic variants, ultimately staying with shades that matched the brand's visual identity.
UX/UI DESIGN
When designing the website, we also looked for leading motifs that are intended to make the brand unique. The effects can be found below.
ICONS
Along with building the website, our task was also to develop a consistent set of a.o. icons for diseases and services. The styling of the icons is simple, linear and consisting of two colors to make the website look more attractive.
