Since we started offering design services through a subscription model, we've gotten a lot of questions about how much we can actually deliver in a month. It's totally understandable - clients want to know what kind of results they can expect.

During our initial meetings, we usually explain what factors help maximize the number of deliverables (by the way, we'll be covering that in another article with tips on how to prepare for a project in the most efficient way). We also share real examples from past projects, showing how long certain tasks took. This helps clients plan their budgets more accurately. On homepage you can find Delivery time next to featured projects in the Case Study section.

In this article, I want to walk you through a specific project to show exactly what we accomplished in just one month. This project included our basic range of services, including the work of one senior designer only (under the Standard Plan).

Project Overview

Alice is a software suite designed to streamline monitoring center operations with the power of AI. It is a versatile platform for managing monitoring stations, integrating AI, automation, and big data to reduce operator workload and gradually shift tasks from human employees to software.

Our main goal was to create a new landing page in both Polish and English, with a refreshed look that still matched Alice’s existing promotional materials. Timing was key since the client had an upcoming conference. However, as it turned out, the website wasn’t the only thing they needed for the event. More about goals and challengers you can find in the case study.

In 1 Month we Designed and Implemented:

Key Visual

Firstly, To refresh the visual style - we started working on a key visual concept. It was important task for landing page design porposes too. As part of this, we created a brand hero: a female character directly inspired by the brand’s previous promotional video. The result? A set of new graphics, including:

Landing Page

With the key visual, client-provided text content, and an established design style, we moved on to designing the website. As part of the project, we delivered:

  • UX/UI design for the landing page (desktop + mobile)
  • A set of custom icons illustrating Alice’s features
  • A style guide
  • WordPress/Semplice implementation
  • Two language versions
  • SEO optimization
  • Post-launch testing
  • Technical support for the client
  • CMS training

No-code solutions (this time Semplice on WordPress) once again proved to be the perfect choice. It allows us for super fast execution without compromising quality or missing out on important customizations. Check final results by clicking button below.

Conference stand

During the website development, a new request came up - refreshing the booth for an upcoming conference. Right after launching the site, we jumped into designing the conference stand walls to give it a fresh, eye-catching look.

Leaflet

Meanwhile, we wrapped up our collaboration by creating a promotional flyer for the conference. It was designed for both print and digital use, with the online version published on the landing page.

Conclusion

In just one month, with one designer working at a time, we managed to complete everything listed above. Of course, this wouldn’t have been possible without our client’s great collaboration, solid preparation, and quick feedback. This just proves that a mix of good planning and flexibility can lead to impressive results!
